📦 Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • Return request must be made within 3 days of delivery

  • damaged item
  • defective product

We will arrange a replacement or exchange based on product availability.


💰 Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable only when:

  • Replacement is unavailable
  • Order cannot be fulfilled
  • Product issue is verified by our support team

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days.

Refund method may vary depending on the payment method used during purchase.


🚚 Return Shipping

  • If the issue is from our side, PureMomCare will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the customer changes their mind after ordering, return shipping costs must be covered by the customer.

📸 Proof Requirement

For return or refund requests, customers may need to provide:

  • Product photos
  • Packaging photos
  • Order details
  • Unboxing video (recommended)

This helps us verify the issue quickly.


❌ Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment confirmation.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
